101 Nights:
Allgauge at Café Bohemio

by Dirk de Bruyn

We are pleased to present the re-publication, in digital form, of this book that Dirk de Bruyn
compiled, edited and published in late 1996, documenting the "Allgauge" screenings that
occurred at Café Bohemio in Collingwood from roughly 1994 to 1996.
The screenings were a collaboration between Vikki Riley, Marcus Bergner and Dirk de Bruyn.
Steven Ball also participated, extending these activities, in collaboration, beyond Café Bohemio.
Allgauge would screen a variety of films, both Australian and international,
and was not afraid to confidently present underground Australian cinema.
This publication is a testament to the imagination and power of micro-cinema screenings.
